How to use the crack and keygen:

1) After extracting the files, you will have a folder called 'crack'. Inside that, you'll have 2 folders, one is the crack (so you don't need the CDs) and one is the keygen (for the serial).
2) Start the installation, when it asks you for the serial, open up the keygen and hit generate. After that, all you need to do is click on the installer and the key should copy over. If not, just simply highlight and copy from the keygen.
3) Once the installation is done, it will ask you 3 options, pick the 'quit' option. Now go to your crack folder and copy the "Sims2.exe" file over to inside the TSbin folder of your game's folder. (in Windows XP, it's C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSBin) and replace the existing file.
4) After doing that, you are ready to play your game!

Notes:
This is the full Sims2 Game, inside the archives are 4 cd images. Use of a CD/DVD Emulator would work best, so that you don't waste time burning CDs and risk creating an error.
The keygen may cause your Antivirus to alert you that this is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP), just add the keygen folder to the exceptions list as it is safe.

It should work as a stand alone

Yes, it is full game, completely different than the first Sims (although I think you can import your characters over from there, not sure though).

Welcome and yep, you don't need Sim1, this is another series (Like Fall Out 3 is another series of Fall Out 2). You will need this to run any expansion packs for Sims2 :P

thank u been lookin everywhere for this....game doesnt work run at all even after adding the crack and the keygen folder is empty when extracted....

For some reason when i try and open it, it just does nothing....

How to Install
DO NOT INSTALL THE EA DOWNLOADER
DISCONNECT FROM INTERNET DURING THE INSTALL


1. Download the 3 links and extract. Your extract is a 2.8GB ISO Image
2. Mount Image on your virtual drive and install.
3. Download the Key Gen file. You will need this to enter a cd key
4. Enter cd key and finish the install.
5. download the Mini-Image.
6. Mount the mini-image on your virtual drive. This is mir.file.
If you dont see the mir file when you browse to mount this image. Select "All Files"
To locate the mini-image
7. Play the Game with the mini image mounted!

How to update Sims 2:

1. Download the game patch file
2. The patch will ask for the DVD during the install of the game patch.
3. Mount the FULL ISO Image on your virtual drive.
4. Double click game patch and install.
5. To play SIms 2 after you install the game patch,
mount your mini image to play the game!
